Lincoln Park Apartment

A historic condo in a Mies Van der Rohe designed building is re-imagined for easy living in the city. BristowMather was asked to completely re-imagine the existing apartment & create a home that encourages peace & recovery. In addition, all rooms were to be as handicap accessible as possible. The scope of work included a gut renovation including new flooring, electrical, mechanical, cabinetry and finishes. Constraints included the requirement to keep existing plumbing, structural and windows in place.
