The existing 1970s apartment sits in an iconic Chicago building, featuring some of the more premier SouthEast views of the city skyline and Lake. BristowMather was asked to completely transform the existing 4 bedroom, 3 bath home into a two bedroom & office, including an expanded living area. The project was a complete renovation, including all new mechanicals, lighting, framing, flooring & electrical.
