IN PROGRESS - Two studio apartments combined into a single, elegant one-bedroom — designed for a client who wanted effortless single-floor living without sacrificing style. Working within the building's existing mechanical, plumbing, and structural constraints, Bristow Mather reworked the floor plan to create a spacious and considered home. Custom moldings, doors, and kitchen millwork lend a timeless character throughout, while the client's own furniture — woven alongside French antiques and carefully chosen contemporary pieces — gives the apartment a sense of history and personality that feels entirely their own.
